How can I return my item?

Returns can be arranged via our Customer Service Contact Page on the website in one single step. Please fill in our contact form and a member of the team will be in contact with you.

Be sure to to provide the following details:

Your Web Order Number.
The full address from where we can collect the goods (if applicable).

reason for Return.
A contact phone number

Please note, Free Returns applies to UK MAINLAND ONLY.

Returns are subject to Potential Personal Training’s Refunds and Returns Policy.
Some consumable items cannot be returned unless sell by date has been reached on receiving your goods.

How can I exchange an Item?

In the event of your merchandise requiring exchange, such as a different size or faulty product please contact our Customer Service Team via the online Contact Page.

Please provide the following details;

Your Web Order Number.
The full address from where we can collect the goods (if applicable).

Reason for exchange request
A contact phone number

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once your goods are back at Potential Personal Training, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.

What happens if I have received a faulty item?

If you’re having trouble with your new product or believe it is defective, please call Potential Personal Training at 01444 484129 immediately to report your defective product.

My invoice has not been shipped with my order.

Please contact Potential Personal Training if your invoice has not been received within 14 days of your order being delivered, you should receive an  invoice by e-mail.
