What Happens When I Get Started?

Well, before every member starts you’ll get a 1-2-1 Consultation with one of our coaches to make sure you can get off to the best possible start and make sure your experience at PPT is the best it can be. We’ll discuss specific goals and how we can help, any concerns or limitations before you start.

We want to get to know our members before they get started so we know how to help you best! We’ll then set you off with the programme to best suit you so you can get the most out of your time at Potential Personal Training.

What If I’ve got some injuries or pain?

Trust me, we’re used to this at PPT. We will discuss any injuries, pain or limitations due to medical problems etc before you get started so that you won’t be made to do anything that makes your feel uncomfortable during your training.

Our coaching team are trained in adapting our programmes to all types of injuries and pain to make sure firstly that you’re safe and stay injury free but also so that you get the most out of your sessions.

What If I’ve never exercised before?

Perfect! One of our core principles is that it doesn’t matter what your current fitness levels are, all that matters is that you get started and we meet you where you’re at and progress you from there.

We want to show you that exercise can be fun and something that you look forward to incorporating in your day to day life.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions at PPT are 50 minutes long which gives us enough time to make sure you have an effective training sessions but also makes it easy to fit into an already busy lifestyle.

How many times a week do I have to train?

This is something we will discuss with you in your consultation to make sure your training programme is fully designed to fit in and around your day to day life. We have Training packages that start from training 2 times a week all the way to unlimited training packages.

What time are the sessions?

We have sessions running from 6am-9pm Mon Fri and 8am-2pm Sat & Sun across 2 sites in Lindfield & Haywards Heath.

We have over 125 sessions to choose from across the week, our goal is to make it easy for you to be able to fit your PPT sessions into your busy schedule.

Step 2: Come in for a Consultation

After our phone call we’ll meet in person. We want to get to know you and learn more about where you feel stuck and where you need guidance. We want you to come in and get comfortable with the space, the team, and the other members.
