Semi Private Training

Semi Private Training at PPT provides you with with an equal amount of focus as personal training but provides the added benefits of training in a group of like minded individuals all looking to get the best out of themselves.

Our semi private training is results driven making sure you get the most out of your time at PPT following our tried and tested programming. Our experienced coaches are passionate about marrying the science of training with the art of coaching to make your training experience at PPT an enjoyable and un-intimidating experience.

You will also be surrounded by the ‘best fitness community in Sussex’ to support you, motivate you and have a laugh to turn exercise from a chore into something you enjoy doing and look forward to.

Group Training

PPT Group Training offers 4 session types: PPT LIFT, PPT CALI, PPT GROUP and PPT BOX. This gives our group clients the option to follow programmed training sessions or go to sessions that will always provide an element of variation.

PPT Group Training gives you the benefit of being able to follow our tried and tested training programmes with the added benefit of being surrounded by a group of supportive, motivating, like minded individuals that makes PPT the ‘best fitness community in Sussex’​.

Our coaches are passionate about making PPT a un-intimidating, fun and results driven training environment to make sure our clients get the very most out of their time at PPT.

Large Group Training

PPT Large Group Training provides you with fun, varied, energetic training sessions. Our Large Group Training Isn’t like classes where you’ll find yourself stood at the back hiding and just going through the motions. Our coaches have managed to bring the same training and coaching principles as personal training into the large group environment to ensure you are getting the most out of your sessions.
