wHAT IS IT?
Rugby Rox is the combination of your two favourite things – Rugby & Fitness! Hosted by Burgess Hill Rugby Club and Potential Personal Training.
The goal? Getting outdoors, challenging your fitness & having fun.
Inspired by something that rhymes with HighSocks, this is a pairs based fitness challenge (same sex or mixed), you can expect 8-10 intervals (approx 600m) & fitness challenges – some inspired by the gym and some inspired by what you do on the pitch. Exact details, including rules of the event will be confirmed 2 weeks prior.
