PPT Group Fitness is an exclusively members only class, this means no time wasters, or irregular class drop-ins.
We know EVERY single member by name, goals, ability and personal situation. You will still receive the benefits of personal training in a large group environment, with coaches that know you as an individual we can support you and every other member in a way that still feels like you are receiving a very personable service.
