WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR?
This is designed specifically for women in the Mid-Sussex area who would like to learn more about training, nutrition and general well-being. Whether you are brand new to exercise or if you have been training for a while, if you would like to broaden your knowledge around women’s health and gain better results with your health and fitness then this workshop is for you!
