WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR?

This is designed specifically for women in the Mid-Sussex area who would like to learn more about training, nutrition and general well-being. Whether you are brand new to exercise or if you have been training for a while, if you would like to broaden your knowledge around women’s health and gain better results with your health and fitness then this workshop is for you!

Our Women’s only workshop will take place on Saturday 10th June at 11am at our private training studio in Haywards Heath for 2 hours. Spaces are very limited to so reserve your free space today.
