I have been attending Potential Personal training since mid June last year & love it. Recently I heard about the 21 day challenge and decided I wanted to take part. I found it hard at first to try & change my way of thinking about food. I had been so used to eating ‘diet’ foods and cutting food groups out that I couldn’t see how this could work, How wrong was I? I have managed to lose 1 stone in just 21 days, bring my total weight loss with Potential Personal Training so far to 8.5 STONE.  Following the exercise and nutrition plan has helped with bloating & menstrual  pain that I used to experience every month. I would highly recommend giving this a go, it works!”
